This beautiful handcrafted, environmentally friendly bracelet is intended to serve as an "awareness" reminder in any situation that may cause some anxiety to take a moment and BREATHE. 

A slow deep breath oxygenates the blood causing our brain to release endorphins, which in turn helps relax the body. I personally wear this bracelet a lot! It's hand-made in the USA, the beads are not plastic but fair-trade seeds of the acai berry and the charm is made of recycled pewter. It feels great to the touch.
